30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you got them—unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To start a return, email us at rehmansanaziaur@gmail.com. Approved returns should be sent to: Mesaieed, Qatar, Street number 497, Naga Umm Garn Street, Building number 9, Zone 92. Please wait for approval before sending anything—we can’t accept unrequested returns.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Got a broken, damaged, or wrong item? Contact us immediately so we can fix it!

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

• Personalized/custom items
• Sale items or gift cards
• Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)
• Hazardous items

Want something else? Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for your fave!

Refunds

Once we get your item and check it, we’ll approve your refund. It’ll go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take extra time to process.

EU Customers – 14-Day Rule

If you’re in the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Same rules: keep it unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
